Mykhailo Filippov started MagiClean in 2020 after spending years in service work and noticing the same pattern: cleaning companies talked about quality but delivered inconsistency. The same client could get a great clean one week and a rushed job the next.
His response was structural: build a small team (max 6 people), match the same crew to the same recurring clients every visit, use one-time-use supplies on every job (no cross-contamination between homes), and follow ISSA cleaning standards across every surface.
