1. Information we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or book a cleaning, we collect:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address (optional).
• Service details: property type, home size, service type, preferred date and time, any notes you provide about your cleaning needs.
• City / service area to determine if you are within our coverage zone.

We do not collect payment card data through the Site. Payment is collected separately by the technician after service is completed, through the payment methods we accept (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash).

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics only.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and provide pricing.
• To schedule, confirm, and deliver the cleaning service you book.
• To send service-related communication (appointment reminders, follow-ups, receipts).
• To improve our service quality and operations.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Service providers we use

To operate the Site and respond to bookings, we use the following processors:

• Vercel — website hosting and CDN delivery.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking notifications, replies).
• Telegram — internal team notifications when a quote request arrives.
• OpenStreetMap / CARTO — base map tiles for the service-area map. These providers may log standard tile-request metadata.

Each processor handles your information only to the extent needed to provide its specific service and under its own privacy commitments.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our Site uses minimal essential cookies required for site functionality and a small first-party cookie to remember your selected service track (house vs upholstery) so you do not re-pick it on each visit. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling tools.

5. Data retention

Quote and booking information is retained for as long as needed to provide service plus a reasonable business-records period (typically 24 months) for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes. We delete or anonymize information once it is no longer required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of any non-essential communication at any time.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS encryption for data in transit, restricted access to our systems, vendor agreements with our processors) to protect the information you share with us. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
